This feature now guarantees a recommendation, even when customer data is limited, by leveraging industry-standard analytics. Instead of pinpointing exact times, it suggests flexible time ranges in hourly intervals. It also ensures no scheduling conflicts by avoiding times with existing posts in the Planner, unless manually adjusted by the customer using the date picker.

Email preferences interface
We’ve launched an Amplify Settings page, allowing you to easily manage your display accounts and customize your email preferences. Subscribe or unsubscribe from post notifications and weekly digest emails with just a few clicks. We've also added email subscription details to the Admin Settings, giving program managers a clear view of users' subscription statuses.
OwlyWriter AI content creation available for all users

UI Improvements in Inbox 2.0
Hootsuite’s innovation era has begun! Customers asked, we listened. You'll now find a more intuitive way to plan, create, and analyze your content. The same beloved Hootsuite, but better.
Along with new navigation names for your favorite activities in Hootsuite, we’ve also updated what you can do under “Create” and where to find “Streams.”
New “Create” tab: draft posts, create ads, or use OwlyWriter AI to get what you need to get done, fast.
A new location for “Streams”: Select the “More” button to open up your streams. You can also use bookmarks to add streams back to your navigation bar.
New media button: No more bouncing between multiple media library buttons! You now have a consolidated “Add Media” button to access your third-party media libraries or to upload media manually.
