Ryan founded Hootsuite in 2008. He has since been at the forefront of social business, leading our team while funding programs that empower the next generation of startups and entrepreneurs.
Sujeet leads Hootsuite’s finance, facilities and legal departments. He has an extensive background in corporate finance and accounting at both public and private companies, including leadership roles at OpenText, GT Group Telecom and PwC.
Matt leads Hootsuite's global people team with a strategic business focus on growing our exceptional culture. Matt brings leadership experience from FGL Sports, Westjet, Crystal Decisions, and Nortel Networks.
Geordie has been building software products and companies for over 15 years. Before Hootsuite, he co-founded and grew Metalogix Software through acquisition. He is an active investor and advisor in the Vancouver startup community.
Penny leads our global marketing strategy driving market leadership, awareness and demand generation. She has over 30 years of international experience delivering business growth in the technology industry.

Ensuring legal is never an obstacle to common sense, Paula leads our global legal function. She has over 13 years of legal leadership experience—most recently building Canpages into one of Canada's fastest growing businesses.
Patience has a long history of building developer ecosystems. At Hootsuite, she leads the relationships with our social network partners and oversees the ecosystem of third-party developers that build into our platform.
George strives to make Security & Compliance a business enabler with 38 years' experience in IT, including a decade defending SaaS providers and protecting customers.
Andy has spent his 20 year tech-industry career bridging product and engineering with business development and helped grow Crystal Decisions to over $1 billion in value. He leads every aspect of Hootsuite's customer-focused Product and Design, from strategy to execution.

But you can't otherwise use any of our Brand Assets, including as part of your company name, application, product or service, or in any logo you create.
This is how we like to be referred to:
Not HootSuite, hootsuite, Hootsuite Media or Hootsweet #SweetEnoughAlready.
If you absolutely must use it, our legal name is Hootsuite Media Inc., of which Hootsuite™ is a trademark. We prefer just "Hootsuite" whenever possible, because we're all friends here.
Brand & Logo Guidelines
Our Brand Assets
Our Brand Assets include the Hootsuite name and logos, and any other word, phrase, image, or other designation that identifies the source or origin of any of Hootsuite's products.
By using the Hootsuite Brand Assets you agree to comply with these guidelines, the Hootsuite Visual Style document (below) the Hootsuite App Directory Guide for New Developers (below), as well as our Terms of Service and all our rules and policies. Hootsuite reserves the right to cancel, modify, or change the permission in these guidelines at any time at its sole discretion. For further information about use of our Brand Assets, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
You also agree to promptly update your use of our Brand Assets in the event we change them.
Don't copy, modify, imitate or use our Brand Assets in a confusing way, including suggesting sponsorship, endorsement or false association with Hootsuite.
Don’t give our Brand Assets undue prominence compared to your name and logo.
Don’t use our Brand Assets in a disparaging manner, or show Hootsuite or our products in a false or derogatory light.
Don’t register or use any trade name, trademark, logo, domain name (including without limitation, so-called "internationalized" domain names), sub-domain or URL path or any other name or sign that incorporates any of our Brand Assets (in whole or part) or that is confusingly similar to them.
Don’t use or imitate any Hootsuite slogan or tagline.
Please note that we generally don’t permit use of our marks on merchandise. Do not use the Hootsuite name, the Hootsuite logo, or any other confusingly similar marks on any apparel, product, toy, or any other merchandise.
Except for the limited right to use as expressly permitted under these Guidelines, no other rights of any kind are granted hereunder, by implication or otherwise. If you have any questions regarding these Guidelines, please submit your query to our Legal Department.
