Hootsuite GPT Terms

These terms govern your use of the Hootsuite GPT (the “GPT”) by Hootsuite Inc. (“Hootsuite”). By using the GPT, you confirm you’ve read and accept these terms, which may be updated from time to time without notice to you. If you are using the GPT on behalf of another organization or person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind them to these terms.

As between you and Hootsuite, you are solely responsible for the output you create using the GPT (the “Output”) and use of the Output, including compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights. The GPT is made available on an “as is” and “where is” basis and no warranties, conditions, representations or guarantees are made by Hootsuite whatsoever.  In no event will Hootsuite or its affiliates have any liability in connection with your use of the GPT or the Outputs, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages.

Aside from the design, customization, and configuration of the GPT, the functionality underlying the GPT is provided by OpenAI, L.L.C. (“OpenAI”), and all data you input into the GPT and Outputs are governed by the applicable terms of use or other agreements with OpenAI. Hootsuite does not receive or store any of this data.
