What is the #HootAmb logo and where do I use it?
The #HootAmb logo is for you to display on your LinkedIn, social profiles and blog to show your affiliation with the Ambassador program. Please use this logo rather than the Hootsuite logo.
Where can I find the #HootAmb logo?
You can find the #HootAmb logo and other exclusive Ambassador collateral in the Ambassador Collateral page.
I’m interested in speaking about Hootsuite publicly, can I speak on Hootsuite’s behalf?
We love when Ambassadors speak about Hootsuite because you are all experts! When speaking to the media or at an event about Hootsuite, you must ensure that you share that your position as an Ambassador is voluntary. If you have any questions around this, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I write about Hootsuite in my blog?
Of course you can! Remember to suggest the URL within Amplify so we can share it on Amplify and reward you in other ways for your efforts.
I don’t want to be an Ambassador anymore, what do I do?
We understand that other commitments can come up, or sometimes you choose to change careers. To end your term as a Hootsuite Ambassador, please fill out this form.
The Ambassador Facebook Group
Do I have to participate in the Hootsuite Ambassador Facebook Group?
No. It's greatly appreciated, but participation is totally voluntary.
How do I access the Ambassador Facebook Group?
You can access the group here. Please make sure you respond to the 3 questions to help us identify you.
How do the badges work?
As you participate in the program, and take on unique tasks, you will be achieve #HootAmb badges in the Ambassador Facebook Group. By earning multiple badges, you will be able to show-off your expertise on particular subjects, and showcase your general awesomeness as a #HootAmb. To earn badges in the Facebook Group, check out the discussion threads and jump in on conversations and challenges started by both the Hootsuite team and our Ambassadors. We'll be monitoring your activity and sending some rewards your way based on your activity.
I am missing a badge, how do I get it?
If you believe that you are missing a badge that you have earned, please email email@example.com.
Can I make a suggestion about the Ambassador Facebook Group?

How long does it take for Hootsuite swag to be shipped?
All of Hootsuite’s merchandise is shipped out of Vancouver, Canada. Hootsuite will fulfill shipments and send gift cards via email two times each month. These days will fall on the 15th and end of the month. After your order has been fulfilled, standard shipping times apply:
Inside North America:10-15 business days
Outside North America: 20-30 business days

Where do I download Amplify?
If you have an apple/ios device you can download the app from the App store, or if you are using an Android device you can download the app on Google Play.
How do I set-up my account?
You will receive an e-mail invite from the Ambassador Amplify organization which will prompt you to activate your account and set-up your profile. For more information feel free to download our user-guide.

How does Amplify work?
Find out how Amplify works here. Amplify is a quick and easy way for us to share with our Ambassador network all the latest news from Hootsuite's blog, as well as relevant articles about Social Media. You can easily share this content with your network and stay up-to-date on everything Social Media. Check out how our customer Top Golf is using Amplify at their organization.
What categories should I join?
There are a number of categories you can join by region, language and general topic. Feel free to join the categories you wish to receive in your newsfeed. You can easily join new categories or leave them at any time by clicking on the 'Explore' tab in your app.
Will there be any rewards for sharing content?
You bet! We will post special announcements in Amplify when we have a special reward available, but we'll also be rewarding Ambassadors each month based on their activity as well.
How can I have some of my own content featured on Amplify?
Feel free to e-mail us firstname.lastname@example.org with your content and if it fits our criteria, we'll be sure to share it in the category 'Our Community' on Amplify.
