Who You Are…
You are someone who is looking for a career in sales or marketing. You are hungry & driven to learn the fundamentals of Software Sales in a rapidly growing company. You love talking on the phone and enjoy qualifying and matching the wants/needs of organizations and aligning them to solutions that will help them achieve their Social Media goals. Finally, you are a natural leader with an outgoing personality who takes charge with building relationships.
Inbound Sales Development Representatives are the first point of contact for “warm” or marketing-generated leads from our Demand Generation and Growth Marketing teams. They immediately follow-up to arrange or facilitate a sales driven call. They aim to understand the needs and goals of each customer in order to best align them with the appropriate resources or internal teams in follow-up (ie. CAE, FAE, Partner team). Inbound SDRs aim to provide an excellent customer experience with each point of contact, with an SLA of 2 to 6 touches per lead dependent on lead queue origin. Inbound SDRs drive inbound pipeline for the Enterprise Sales Organization as a whole and frequently work with both Sales and Marketing to continually improve customer experience and the sales process. They continually follow-up with and monitor passed leads, to ensure a consistent customer experience and momentum with follow-up time.

- Qualifying potential clients needs on the phone and aligning them to with appropriate SMMS solutions
- Target driven and able to meet and exceed individual pipeline and revenue goals
- Be attentive and communicate closely with sales team to ensure follow up on all potential clients that are passed on to an account executive
- Collaborating & working in a close-knit team
- Being nimble & agile to flourish in a dynamic environment. You embrace change
- Paying attention to details and having an applied curiosity for business routines
- Excelling under pressure with a positive attitude & being a team player... always
- You may have a Degree in Business, Marketing, another related field or you have related work experience
- You might have previous sales experience
- You have professional proficiency in another language
