Brand reputation

Brand reputation is the collective public perception of your brand.

It includes how your customers, employees, partners, and others think and feel about your brand at every interaction. Brand reputation is influenced by things like your logo, brand voice, social media presence, news coverage, online reviews, customer service, employee policies, online or in-person experiences, and much more.

Brand reputation plays a significant role in consumer decision-making. A strong brand reputation indicates that the public considers your brand trustworthy. This means they’re more likely to do business with you and recommend your services to others. A negative brand reputation, on the other hand, can tank sales and cause major damage to your brand.
