Who You Are...

 

Business Manager, Products is an experienced technology/business professional with exceptional business acumen, communication, and collaboration skills. You have spent at least 3 years defining and building strategic and operational business plans, creating executive presentations, conducting research, and managing cross-functional projects . You achieve results with both individual drive and through effective collaboration across multiple disciplines. You have a demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and projects with tight deadlines. You are comfortable performing data analysis, making recommendations on strategic and complex issues, and leading processes with a varied landscape of stakeholders.


As a key member of the Product & Development team, this role supports the SVP, Products on managing the overall business portfolio. You will work closely with Product Managers, Development, Marketing, Support and Sales to run a predictable product planning program that ensures visibility and alignment between product initiatives and key business stakeholders. You will establish and chair the recurring & ad-hoc meetings critical to product communication and alignment. Finally, you will support quarterly reporting, annual planning processes, and ongoing oversight of the budget.

You are a collaborative and influential communicator across the Product & Development team and with key stakeholders across the company. You work well across both technical and non-technical teams and maintain a constant awareness of other BU initiatives related to product priorities. You ensure that product feedback systems are healthy and providing value to both product and business teams. You will be a key lead and contributor to projects involving Product across the company and will provide insight with respect to wider business processes within the R&D team.
