Who You Are...

Partnerships are key to the success of Hootsuite. In this strategic role you will have an opportunity to utilise your experience to contribute to a team that is building and commercialising a world class ISV partner ecosystem. You have several years of experience managing profitable and productive listening partnerships while coaching and working effectively with sales teams and driving revenue.  This role is a mix of strategic planning & tactical execution. You are an excellent communicator with a unique ability to gain consensus and drive alignment both internally and amongst key partners.

As the ISV Partner Manager, Listening you will be an integral part of the partnership team that supports Hootsuite Enterprise’s industry leading, “best in breed” ISV partner ecosystem strategy.

Responsibilities…

  • Formulate and execute overall ISV partner strategy in conjunction with partner leadership
  • Develop strong GTM/joint value prop with key partners
  • Management of all ISV Listening partners (mutual referral/resell)
  • Sales enablement training for Hootsuite AE’s on ISV partner solutions
  • Enable key ISV partners to refer deals to Hootsuite
  • Drive joint account mapping and deal support
  • Develop and maintain business plans for key ISV partners
  • On-going/daily deal management & conflict resolution
  • Weekly pipeline review with key partners
  • Liaise with marketing to ensure optimized support of partnership
  • Liaise with Hootsuite launch and CSM team to ensure optimized launch and management of joint customs
