Who You Are...
Hootsuite is looking for someone to fill a core leadership role on our sales team. As Senior Social Ads Manager, you will be responsible for creating the strategy that will drive revenue for our social Ad solution in the region you own.
You will lead three key GTM activities in your region to drive new customer acquisition and revenue:
- Directly working with customers alongside account executive and front-line managers to close deals
- Working alongside product marketing in the creation of key GTM campaigns to drive leads, build pipeline and create marketing materials
- Sales enablement activities to raise the bar of the sales team you support
You have a proven track record of owning and exceeding a revenue target, driving a high-performance culture and working collaboratively with key stakeholders to drive company and team KPIs. You are a big strategic thinker, solution oriented and a deep understanding of B2B sales.
You will have 5+ years technology sales experience preferably in enterprise and SaaS space.

- Deep understanding of the social advertising space
- Providing vision on where social advertising is going
- Working in a dynamic virtual environment and having a broad range of technical, business, financial, and interpersonal skills that scale from line managers to C-Level executives
- Strategic engagements with C-Suite level audience and leading strategic conversations as an expert in sales cycles
- Worked at one of the social networks selling an Ads solution
- Experience selling SAAS AdTech solutions
- Management skills
