Who You Are...
You are the first person a prospective Hootsuite enterprise customer speaks to. We want someone who can make an impeccable first impression and set the stage for the enterprise sales experience at Hootsuite, getting customers excited about the possibilities of social to transform their business.
We are looking for someone outgoing and passionate about social media, marketing, and technology. You are naturally inquisitive, able to investigate a customer’s needs and work with them to find the best solution.
We are also looking for someone process-oriented with attention to detail. Hootsuite gets a large amount of inbound interest so prioritization, organization, and stamina are keys to success here. You will need to research the prospective customers you speak with to maximize the value of their first conversation with Hootsuite.
Building personal relationships with our sales team will also be a key to success. They trust our team to pass highly qualified leads with impeccable note taking and research to begin the process of crafting the perfect Hootsuite Enterprise solution for their business.
