You are a senior sales professional with over 10 years of experience selling complex technology solutions to Fortune 350 companies. You have a strong familiarity with the media and financial services industries and aspire to leverage your thought leadership in social media technology to engage and transact with senior level executives in marketing, sales, IT and customer service.

Selling Hootsuite solutions into to global corporations and C level executives.
Structuring, negotiating and closing complex transactions across a suite of products and services
This is a senior level, direct selling position.
Meet assigned targets for sales volume, pipeline creation and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates prospect and customer needs on an ongoing basis
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Maintain sales pipeline and forecasting strategic account revenue
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years experience in strategic account sales in software or SaaS
Demonstrated ability to work well in a closely knit team
Strong organizational, presentation and communication skills
Passionate about Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and other global social web apps
Interest or experience in a high growth, early stage tech company
Experience with the technology sector
A positive attitude + ability to excel under pressure
Significant travel at times
- Competencies associated with a Bachelors Degree
M.B.A., or advanced degree in Economics, related field, or equivalent work experience
Agency environment or sales to agency experience
Experience with speaking at industry events and publishing thought leadership content
