Who You Are...
As a Senior Business Value Analyst, you are a passionate individual with an ability to do qualitative and quantitative company analysis on existing and potential Hootsuite customers. This will identify opportunities where social media can have a larger impact on their digital transformation practice. As a key member of a multi-disciplined sales team, you will be responsible for enabling the sales team to link the unique differentiators of the Hootsuite partnership with specific and individual business challenges of our customer.
You’re Great At...
- Supporting the strategic sales team in analyzing company business challenges.
- Supporting the strategic sales team in building Social assessment to assess company maturity.
- Supporting Sales and Customer Success in building a joined business plan with client/prospects.
- Working jointly with Value Consultants to position Hootsuite and demonstrate business impact on Exec-level meetings (articulate value proposition based on business-case).
- Supporting project re-engineering (building gap analysis, helping to manage and deliver QBR's with key customers)
- Partnering closely with Field Account Executives to identify high priority prospects, developing account maps for each of them
- Using internal as well as external data sources, and leveraging expertise with social analytics tools
- Researching and analyzing target industries, market trends, competitive environment, and Hootsuite’s positioning and product mix
- Utilizing qualitative and quantitative analysis to transform findings into impactful business recommendations and conclusions, with the objective of driving increased sales and market penetration
- Presenting research and recommendations to customers and/or providing Field Account Executives with reports and presentations that can be delivered to them
- Speaking French & English fluently
- Fluent in another language
- BA/BSc degree
